Business Head
Summary
Identify and Create Business opportunities, and deliver on Revenue & Profitability goals. Work closely with the Technology Head & the UED team to specify Market/Business requirements, and establish features, feasibility, and timelines for product/service deliverables. This person will research the Market, create strategies for business development, plan and execute on them. A key aspect of the job is to recruit, develop and motivate a strong business team.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Prior experience in a Marketing/Branding/Advertising department, in a senior leadership role
- Good appreciation of a consumer internet business
- 10+ combined experience in Marketing/Branding/Advertising/Business Development/Sales
Technology Head (Hands-on CTO in a nutshell)
Summary
Work closely with the Business Head & the UED team in defining, driving, and delivering Technology & Products/Services that grow the company’s business. This person will oversee and be accountable for all technical work, including Frontend/Backend Architecture, Design, Implementation, QA, Deployment, and Site Operations. It is vital for this person to be able and willing to personally take on and implement any technical task that needs to get done. This could mean taking on any of the aspects listed for all the subsidiary technology roles that the Technology Head will oversee. A key aspect of the job is to recruit, develop and motivate strong technical talent.
Desirable Skills & Experience
- Sound knowledge of Web Application Architecture, and appreciation of various roles involved in building world-class Web apps
- Hands-on experience with atleast 3 of the following: Client-side Technologies, Backend frameworks, Databases, Networking, Security, SEO, Operations
- Core competency in LAMP Stack [Linux Apache Mysql Php] based systems

Backend Engineer/Lead/Architect
Summary
Design, Architect and Implement a Data Model and Application Logic for a scalable, secure, high-performance system to serve a modern Web/Mobile Consumer experience.
The system will process incoming feeds, produce feeds, and provide programmatic interfaces. A scalable DB design will host the data model. Some of the functionality that will be needed includes Web Crawling, Search Index, De-Duping, Parsing of Unstructured Text to extract Attributes/Features, Personalization, etc.
Leveraging Open Source, and off-the-shelf components is important.

User Experience Design Specialist
